  • Chicken thigh and drumstick (I used boneless)1 kg
  • Diced chicken breast300 g
  • Rice2 cup
  • Hot water (for rice)3 cup
  • Corn1/2 can(s)
  • Diced medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Diced large tomato1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper, set aside for half an hour.
  2. Brown each piece of chicken well, little by little, so as not to add water, in a large pan with a drizzle of oil. Take it out as it turns golden, no need to cook it, ok?! This moment is just to give a color.
  3. In the same pan, add another drizzle of oil, brown the onion and garlic, then add the tomato until it withers and finally the corn. Right after, add the raw rice, add the chicken, stir a little, add the hot water, adjust the salt and pepper and cook over medium heat, covered.
  4. Once the water dries completely, turn off the heat and cover for 5 minutes. Use plenty of parsley and chives to finish!
