- Garlic Clove1/2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Ciboulette to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chop the chicken, onion and garlic into very small pieces.
- Incorporate your favorite seasonings.
- Beat this mixture in the mixer or processor until it is homogeneous enough to shape the hamburguinho.
- Shape the hamburger and in a non-stick frying pan, grill on both sides.
- For pizzaiolo: after ready, still in the skillet, put tomato sauce, cheese and oregano and cover until melted.
