  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon peeper seasoning to taste
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Oregano to taste
  • Mozzarella150 g
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Sliced Tomato1 unit(s)
  1. Season the fillets with salt, lemon peeper and lemon juice. Ideally, the fillets should not be too thin.
  2. Heat a deep frying pan, drizzle with olive oil and place the fillets on the grill. When the frying pan is dry, do not add more fat, just drip a little water on the sides. This will prevent the fillets from burning or being raw inside, so they are golden and juicy, repeat the process on both sides. When they are golden on both sides, add the tomato sauce to the bottom of the skillet, you can add a little water to thin the sauce, cover the fillets with cheese, overlap with the tomato slices and add the oregano. Cover the skillet and leave it on low fire boiling for like 3 minutes until the cheese melts.
