  • Salt1 teaspoon

  2. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and liquid smoke;

  5. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet and then add the chicken. Count two minutes on each side (sealing the meat process);
  6. Lower the heat and turn the fillet again, count another 3 minutes on each side (now on low heat). At this point, if it's burning too much, add water little by little just to deglaze the bottom of the pan. Also.
