  • Chickpea flour2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paprika1 teaspoon
  • Lemon pepper1 teaspoon
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  1. Season the chicken fillet with paprika Lemon pepper lemon salt and black pepper
  2. Season the chickpea flour with salt, black pepper, paprika and lemon pepper
  3. Break the egg and beat it with a fork and also season with salt, black pepper, paprika and lemon pepper (seasoning all processes ensures that your parmigiana will be tastier)
  4. Bread the chicken passing in the egg and chickpea flour
  5. Bake in the air fryer until crispy
  6. Heat the rustic tomato sauce (there's a recipe here) and as soon as the chicken is well roasted, put the sauce and cheese on top
  7. Wait for the cheese to melt and it will be ready
