For 1 kg of chicken I used: 7 to 10 large garlic cloves 1 large lemon 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard. If it is the normal yellow mustard, you can put only one.10 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce.Chili sauce of your choice.Scented pepper or the flavor pepper of your region.2 Tablespoons of coloralSalt to taste1 Tablespoon of cumin 1 Tablespoon of salt and dehydrated garlic. (I buy this one at the market. Very easy to find. It comes in those little bags).
Crush the garlic well with the peppers and place in a bowl. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Pierce the tulips well with the tip of a knife. Then throw the seasoning and spread it well over the tulips. Leave at least 1 hour to marinate in the fridge.
Put in the oven with potatoes in thick slices for 1 hour at 200 degrees. Or until they are crispy. Serve with a little lemon to squeeze right away and white rice, everyone will love it.
