- Chicken cut into pieces | 1 kg
- Garlic | to taste
- Mayonnaise | 3 tablespoon
- Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
- Edu Guedes Seasoning | 1 tablespoon
- Onions | 2 unit(s)
- Salt | to taste
In a bowl, place the chicken and grate the onion and garlic on top, add salt and the Edu Guedes, let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, add the mayonnaise and mix well.
- Put the oil in a roasting pan and spread it out. Place the chicken and bake at 180 degrees.
Turn when necessary.
