- 4 pieces of chicken thigh - 1 large onion - August salt - 2 garlic cloves - 1 teaspoon saffron - oil - 1 tablet of chicken kinor broth and coloring1 kg
- Take the chicken and cut it unless it is already cut. Add hot water and 2 lemons and then pour the hot water and season in August.
