- Let the thighs rest in the marinade that has all the ingredients listed, for at least 1 hour.
- Season the potatoes with salt, olive oil, smoked paprika and black pepper.
- Place the chicken and potatoes on two platters, cover both with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes, then remove the foil and leave for another 20 minutes to brown.
