  • Chicken fillet600 g
  • Season1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic1 unit(s)
  • Oil1 cup
  • Black pepper1 teaspoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Squeezed lemon1 unit(s)
  • Beaten egg1 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Paper towel or napkin1 to taste
  1. Place the large fillets in a bowl. Put the juice of 1 lemon, salt, seasoning, black pepper, minced garlic. Stir well to mix the seasonings. Let it rest for 10 minutes to get more flavor in the chicken.
  2. Beat 1 egg to coat the fillet in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Put the oil to heat and fry the fillets in the oil. Once fried, drain on paper towels and serve.
