- Smoked paprika to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Grated Mozzarella to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and black pepper. Reserve.
- In one blow beat the 2 whole eggs.
- Place the flaxseed flour and smoked paprika in a bowl. Mix
- Cut the bacon into thin slices, make a small opening (cut) in the little filets and inside this opening place the bacon in the amount you want.
- Dip the fillet in the egg, then in the flaxseed flour along with the smoked paprika.
- Place the grated mozzarella over the filezinhos.
- Place in the Air Fryer at 180• for 10 minutes.
- It can also be put in the oven. Very delicious!!
