  • Salt, Black Pepper and Oregano1 to taste
  • paprika and chopped parsley1 to taste
  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Oil for frying2 cup
  1. I started by seasoning the chicken fillets.
  2. I put the chopped garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, black pepper and salt. Mix everything and set aside
  3. Now I put the breadcrumbs in a deep dish and passed the fillets squeezing well to coat well.
  4. Now put the oil in a large pan and let it heat up.
  5. Then put the fillets and let it fry. Turn only when they are fried. And then put it on a paper towel and let it drain.
  6. Then and only serve
