  • Chicken fillet | 6 unit(s)
  • Salt, black pepper and oregano | 1 to taste
  • Breadcrumbs | 2 cup
  • Oil for frying | 1 to taste

Recipe

  1. I started by seasoning the chicken fillets.
  2. I added salt, oregano and black pepper. I mixed everything very well and set aside.
  3. Now in a bowl I put the breadcrumbs. I breaded the chicken fillets and then set aside.
  4. Now in a deep frying pan I put the oil and let it heat up.
  5. I fried the breaded chicken fillets.
  6. Then remove the fat and serve.
