Chicken breast cut into cubes1 kg
Mustard2 teaspoon
Extract4 tablespoon
Light Margarine2 tablespoon
Natural skimmed yogurt2 cup
Green Spice1 to taste
Salt1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)

Take the chicken cut into cubes and sauté in margarine, with salt, onion and green seasoning (cilantro, chives)
Then add the mustard and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce and leave for 10 minutes on low heat.
Turn off the heat, add the yogurt and chopped cilantro to taste, stir and serve immediately.
