Boneless chicken breast800 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Egg1 unit(s)
Onion cream50 g
Wheat100 g
Cold water180 ml
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Wheat flour80 g
paprika2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Saffron2 tablespoon
Oil to taste

Cut the chicken breast into long strips
Mix the salt, black pepper, onion cream, wheat and ice water and finally the baking powder.
I take the chicken and mix it well in that cream!
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes
Place the flour, paprika, saffron and salt in a bowl, mix well
Take the chicken from the fridge and roll it in the flour.
Fry in hot oil
Super easy and quick, I'm sure everyone will love it!
