- Chicken Breast1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Leek50 g
- Honey11/2 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar2 tablespoon
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Salt, Olive Oil, Green Smell, Oregano and Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour1/2 dessert spoon
- Cut the Chicken Breast into strips and place in a bowl to season with Salt and Pepper. Place a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil, then place the chicken to fry.
- When the chicken starts to brown, add the diced onion and crushed garlic to brown it too. Then put the Poró garlic, to gold and mix a little.
- When fully cooked add honey, brown sugar and mix well. Then in a bowl put the shoyu and wheat flour and mix the sauce and put it in the pan and mix well. Let it cook. Add the green smell and oregano and mix and ready to serve.
