  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1/2 kg
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Panko flour150 g
  • Garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
  • Small onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil500 ml
  1. Clean the chicken, removing excess fat, and cut into large cubes. Peel the garlic and chop the onion into large cubes.
  2. With the help of a food processor, grind the chicken breast cubes, with the salt, garlic and onion, until it becomes a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into approximately 30g balls (the size of a small lemon), that is, a full tablespoon. Flatten with your hands, leaving it in the shape of a disk.
  4. Bread, first in the flour, then in the egg and then in the panko. Fry in hot oil (180°C to 200°C), until the balls are golden.
