  • Cooked Chickpeas | 1 cup
  • Raw chicken breast | 300 g
  • Chopped red onion | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Chia | 1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil | 1 tablespoon
  • Parsley |  to taste
  • Turmeric |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper |  to taste
  • Egg | 1 unit(s)
  • Rice flour | 1 cup
  • Chickpea flour | 1 cup


  1. NUGGET: process the chickpeas, chicken, red onion, olive oil, parsley and seasonings. Form balls and mold into a nugget shape.
  2. BREADED: mix rice flour and chickpea flour. Beat the egg with a fork and add a little water to make the breading better.
  3. Dip the nuggets into the flour mixture, then into the egg, then into the flour again.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until cooked.
