Homemade Chicken Nugget

NUGGET: process the chickpeas, chicken, red onion, olive oil, parsley and seasonings. Form balls and mold into a nugget shape.
BREADED: mix rice flour and chickpea flour. Beat the egg with a fork and add a little water to make the breading better.
Dip the nuggets into the flour mixture, then into the egg, then into the flour again.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until cooked.
