  • Turkey hearts1 kg
  • Dry white wine300 ml
  • Sage1 cup
  • Minced garlic cloves5 unit(s)
  • Coarse salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Remove the artery part of the turkey hearts and cut them with a knife until they look like small steaks (butterfly cut).
  2. Make a marinade with white wine and other seasonings.
  3. Leave the hearts to marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Skewer the hearts on wooden skewers and grill over a strong brazier for at least 10 minutes on each side.
  5. Take the already roasted hearts to a cutting board and slice into strips.
  6. It's great for a snack accompanied by a cold beer or soft drink.
