- I started by seasoning the fillets.
- I added salt, garlic powder and oregano. And black pepper. Squeeze the lemon. I mixed it all up and set it aside.
- Now in a pan I put some oil and the fillet.
- I let it grill on both sides and then remove it from the heat and serve.
