Coloquei o filé de frango em uma vasilha e temperei com sal , pimenta calabresa e orégano. E o sazon vermelho opcional 

I put the chicken fillet in a bowl and seasoned with salt, pepperoni and oregano. And the optional red sazon

Misturei tudo muito bem depois reserve por uns 10 minutos. 

I mixed everything very well then set it aside for about 10 minutes.

Agora em uma frigideira coloquei o azeite no fundo espalhei bem e coloquei os filé para fritar .

Now in a frying pan I put the oil in the bottom, spread it well and put the fillets to fry.

Deixei fritar por uns 5 minutos virando dos dois lado para ficar grelhadinho .

I let it fry for about 5 minutes, turning on both sides to get grilled.
