- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Black beer350 ml
- Tomato, onion, pepper, garlic, paprika and salt to taste
- Saute the gizzards well with the seasonings
- Add the tomato sauce, add the beer
- Close the pressure cooker and cook for 25 minutes after getting pressure
- Serve with slices of bread
