- I started by seasoning the chicken drumstick.
- In a bowl, put the chicken, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and oregano.
- Mix well to get seasoning on all the chicken and set aside.
- Now in a deep pan I put the oil and let it heat not too much.
- I put the chicken drumsticks and covered the pan and left it fried with the lid on.
- Then just turn the chicken and let the other side fry and remove and serve.
