Ingredients

  • Chicken and bird | 1 kg
  • Crushed garlic (cloves) | 4 unit(s)
  • Sweet paprika | 1 teaspoon
  • Bahia seasoning | 1 to taste
  • Black pepper | 1 to taste
  • Lemon juice | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Oil | 500 ml
  • Pickles canned | 1 unit(s)
  • Pickled Carrots | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Mustard | 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise | 3 tablespoon
  • Chopped chives | 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice | 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar | 1 coffee spoon

Recipe

  1. Clean the chicken pieces
  2. In a bowl, place the seasonings, the crushed garlic, and the chicken pieces, add the salt and lemon juice, mix well!
  3. Let it set aside to get flavor for about 30 minutes.
  4. In a pan that is high (oil rises when you put the chicken in) pour the oil and then the chicken pieces, it has to be in the cold oil.
  5. Let it fry with the pan covered to avoid splashing hot oil.
  6. After drying the water the chicken will release it will start to fry.
  7. Stir to turn the sides so they are all golden, for about 20 minutes, remove and place on a plate with paper towels.
  8. Tartar sauce: finely chop the pickles, carrots and chives
  9. Place in a bowl, add the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Serve with the chicken
  10. This sauce is delicious and goes well with fried chicken, fish, a portion of onion pepperoni.....
