  1. Clean and season the chicken thighs.
  2. Mustard sauce: the seasoning of our chicken comes from mustard.
  3. In a container, we will add 3 tablespoons of mustard
  4. Season the mustard with seasonings to taste, salt, pepperoni, paprika and squeezed lemon etc...
  5. Add the mustard seasoning to the chickens and leave to marinate for about 40 to 60 min.
  6. After the chicken has time to get seasoning, let's put the oil to heat up.
  7. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cook inside, so that the skin of the chicken is "shiny".
  8. When removing the chicken, do not drain it on a paper towel, drain it on a wire rack, so that the chicken does not cool down quickly, to the point where you can fry them all and remain warm.
