  • Soybean oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • From American glasses of water3 unit(s)
  1. Preparation mode Cut the chicken breast and season with salt and garlic and set aside for 20 minutes until the seasoning adheres. In a pan put the oil, a good amount to cover the chicken. Then with the oil still cold, but with the fire on, put 3 American glasses of water. Let it boil until the water dries up and start frying until it's golden and it's ready to serve.
