  • Chicken breast cut into pieces | 300 g
  • Dried Onion | 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic | 1 dessert spoon
  • Sweet paprika | 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped green seasoning | 1 dessert spoon
  • grated carrot | 1/3 cup
  • Ground cumin | 1 coffee spoon
  • Sea salt |  to taste
  • Chickpea flour |  to taste
  • Turmeric Powder |  to taste
  • Oat flakes |  to taste


  1. Mix chickpea flour, oatmeal, turmeric and a pinch of salt and set aside. (It's for breading)
  2. Place all other ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Shape the nuggets with a hand well greased with olive oil and coat in the flour mixture.
  4. Place them on a non-stick baking sheet greased with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 20-30 minutes or until golden.
