- Chicken leg and drumstick400 g
- White rice1 cup
- Chopped carrot2 tablespoon
- Sweet Potatoes300 g
- Salt and garlic to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Pepper and paprika to taste
- Vinegar2 tablespoon

- I seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper, vinegar and paprika and left it marinating for 20 minutes.
- I washed the potatoes and mixed them with the seasoned chicken, roasted them in the airfryer for 20 minutes until they were soft and golden.
- In a pan I added the olive oil salt, garlic, rice and the carrot I fried well, I added the water and the bay leaf, I cooked for 15 minutes. I turned off the heat and finished with chopped chives.
- I sliced the cucumber, tomato and mango, mixed and seasoned with salt, vinegar and oil and finished with linseed. Simple and light lunch.
