- minced garlic cloves2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- beaten eggs3 unit(s)
- milk3 tablespoon
- wheat flour2 teaspoon
- from breadcrumbs flour3 teaspoon
- Oil for frying to taste
- olive oil3 tablespoon
- grated onion1 unit(s)
- tomato sauce3 cup
- pinch of sugar1 to taste
- Salt to taste
- chopped parsley1/2 cup
- grated mozzarella2 cup
- Season the chicken with the garlic, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk. Dip each fillet in wheat flour, then in eggs with milk and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden. Reserve.
- In a pan, sauté the onion in olive oil, add the tomato sauce, sugar, salt and leave on low heat for 10 minutes. Finish with the parsley. Place the fillets in a refractory. Put the sauce on top, and spread the mozzarella.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 10 minutes.
