Corte o peito de frango em pedaços médios/grandes.

Cut the chicken breast into medium/large pieces.

Coloque numa panela de pressão e cubra com água, coloque sal e se quiser, 1 folha de louro.
Deixe cozinhar na pressão por 25 minutos.

Place in a pressure cooker and cover with water, add salt and, if you want, 1 bay leaf.
Let it cook under pressure for 25 minutes.

Drene a água e deixe apenas os pedaços de frango dentro da panela. Feche a panela e sacuda a panela vigorosamente.
Ao abrir a panela, o frango estará desfiado! Quanto mais sacudir a panela  menos ficarão os pedacinhos.

Drain the water and leave only the chicken pieces in the pan. Close the pan and shake the pan vigorously.
When you open the pan, the chicken will be shredded! The more you shake the pan, the less the pieces will be.
