- Boneless chicken breast | 500 g
- Salt | to taste
- Cut the chicken breast into medium/large pieces.
- Place in a pressure cooker and cover with water, add salt and, if you want, 1 bay leaf.
Let it cook under pressure for 25 minutes.
- Drain the water and leave only the chicken pieces in the pan. Close the pan and shake the pan vigorously.
When you open the pan, the chicken will be shredded! The more you shake the pan, the less the pieces will be.
