Salt to taste
Wheat Flour (Sieved)2 tablespoon
Coriander sprig1 unit(s)
Ham slices2 unit(s)
Mozzarella slices2 unit(s)
Tomato1 unit(s)
Margarine or Oil to taste

Beat the 3 egg whites until they form a light snow, then add a pinch of salt. Keep hitting.
Add the wheat flour sifting in the beaten eggs
Then mix the ham, cilantro and tomato with the eggs.
Grease the skillet or put a little oil and take it to low heat, then pour the mixture.
To finish the recipe throw the mozzarella, wait a few minutes and turn the omelet to fry on both sides, after that it will be ready.
