  • grated ginger20 g
  • Ponzu sauce50 ml
  • Salt and pepper10 g
  1. Season the duck breast with salt and pepper
  2. Grill the brisket until the fat is browned and golden, turn and grill for another 2 minutes.
  3. Let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes
  4. Cut into thin slices (pay attention to the direction of the cut so that the fibers do not get long)
  5. Arrange in a shallow dish, place chives and grated ginger over the cut breast pieces
  6. Drizzle with ponzu sauce
