- Skinless boneless drumsticks, diced900 g
- Macerated Garlic2 unit(s)
- Salt12 g
- Black pepper1/2 coffee spoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- White Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Sliced carrots2 unit(s)
- Mini onions300 g
- Dry white wine200 ml
- Hot water0 to taste
- Parsley1/2 cup
- Season the chicken with garlic, salt, pepper and vinegar.
- Heat the pan put the olive oil and brown the chicken.
- Put the onions, carrots and sauté well.
- Add the wine and let it evaporate.
- Add hot water and cook over low heat, repeat the process until the vegetables are soft.
- Let the sauce find out - sprinkle chopped parsley.
- Serve with white rice and potato chips.
