Drumsticks

Chopped or thinly sliced onion

Salt and pepper

Chicken broth, vegetable broth or hot water

Drumsticks in onion sauce

Leve ao fogo alto uma panela com a cebola e o óleo, mexendo sempre até ficar marrom escuro, queimadas.

Heat a pan with the onion and oil over high heat, stirring constantly until it turns dark brown and charred.

Coloque as sobrecoxas, tempere com sal e pimenta, mexa bem, acŕescente a água ou caldo, tampe e deixe cozinhar em fogo baixo por aprox 20 min... na metade do tempo vire os pedaços.

Place the drumsticks, season with salt and pepper, stir well, add the water or broth, cover and cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes... halfway through the cooking time, turn the pieces.
