Drumsticks1 kg
Chopped or thinly sliced onion400 g
Oil100 ml
Salt and pepper to taste
Chicken broth, vegetable broth or hot water2 cup

Heat a pan with the onion and oil over high heat, stirring constantly until it turns dark brown and charred.
Place the drumsticks, season with salt and pepper, stir well, add the water or broth, cover and cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes... halfway through the cooking time, turn the pieces.
It gets juicy and very tasty!!!
