- Tomato Extract1 can(s)
- Garlic4 unit(s)
- Onion to taste
- Tomato to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Colorau to taste
- Salt to taste
- Clean and season the drumets with garlic, salt, black pepper and paprika, set aside
- In a pan, brown the onion, when it is golden, place the drumet and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the tomato and pepper, let it sauté for about 2 minutes, add the potato and tomato paste and let the potato cook.
