I season the drumets with the garlic paste and vinegar, a pinch of salt, leave for about 30 minutes in the seasoning.
In a non-stick frying pan, brown the Drumet without needing to add oil, after browning both sides, add garlic and let it brown, put tomato and green smell, then add the Barbeceu sauce and a spoon of water. Finish with the chives on top.
