Drumet (wing drumstick) with roasted vegetables

Tempere os drumets um dia antes e reserve na geladeira.

Frite bem a cena e o alho numa panela e depois acrescente os drumets. Deixe cozinhar por um tempo.

Unte um refratário com azeite ou manteiga, coloque os drumets temperados, o caldo que se formou na panela, junte as batatas e as cenouras. 

Coloquei uns alhos inteiros também, fica bom demais...

Tampe com papel alumínio, leve ao forno por 30 minutos. Depois desse tempo, retire o papel alumínio e deixe até dourar.

Season the drumets a day before and store in the fridge.

Fry the scene and garlic well in a pan and then add the drumets. Let it cook for a while.

Grease a refractory with oil or butter, place the seasoned drumets, the broth that has formed in the pan, add the potatoes and carrots.

I put in some whole garlic too, it's too good...

Cover with aluminum foil, bake for 30 minutes. After that time, remove the aluminum foil and leave until golden.
