  1. In a pressure cooker, put the garlic, onion, tomato, mixed seasoning to give that golden

  3. In the blender, put 1 can of corn, the cream and the cream cheese to beat
  4. mix the other can of Corn with the cream and set aside
  5. After the chicken is ready, shred it but don't get rid of all the broth because a part of the broth you will add to the cream to give it more flavor
  6. Then mix the chicken together with the cream and add one or two ladles of the broth depending on how your cream is if it got too thick put 2 ladles if you don't put just one or you don't need it and optional
  7. Then on a tray or refractory you will pour half of this mixture you will put a layer of mozzarella there on top pour the rest put another layer of mozzarella and take it to the oven to give a gratin and our Sunday lunch is ready
