In a bowl place the chicken, all the seasonings and the mayonnaise.
Mix very well rubbing the seasonings into the chicken.
Place on a greased baking sheet and roast the chicken.
While the chicken is roasting, peel the potatoes and cook with 3 cups of water, add salt to taste.
Cook until slightly kneaded and then drain the water.
Place the potatoes between the chicken pieces and cook until the chicken is golden brown.
Bake in a high oven, until crispy on the outside and well roasted on the inside and soft.
It can be served with rice and green salad.
