Chicken fillet1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Egg1 unit(s)
Lemon Pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
Olive oil3 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon

Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Reserve.
In another bowl, beat an egg with a fork, season with salt and pepper. Dip the fillets in this mixture.
For breading, mix Panco flour or breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and lemon pepper. And pass on both sides of the fillets.
