  • Small chicken breast4 unit(s)
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Chicken broth1/2 cup
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Chopped Parsley2 tablespoon
  1. Cut the chicken breast in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Reserve and cover to keep warm.
  5. In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  6. Add the chicken broth and the cream.
  7. Bring the sauce to a boil and stir in the bottom of the pan to deglaze.
  8. Let the sauce thicken and reduce by half, for 3-4 minutes.
  9. Return the chicken and place it in the sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
  10. Now just serve!😉
