- Catupiry or Reaueijao500 g
- Milk Cream1 unit(s)
- Mozzarella400 kg
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Spices to taste
- In a pan of your choice, cook the chicken breast.
- Once cooked, shred and season to taste.
- In a form or platter, place the shredded and seasoned chicken with the catupiry or cream cheese and the cream.
- Stir and adjust the seasonings.
- Finish with mozzarella and take it to the oven to gratin.
- Serve with straw potatoes.
