- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Saffron to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Fry the onion and garlic in a little oil. Then place the chopped thighs in cubes and let it sauté.
- Separate the corn into two parts. One of the parts of the corn, hit the blender with a can of cream.
- Add the cream of milk beaten with the corn in the chicken and also put two spoons of curd. Let it cook until it becomes very creamy.
- Finally add the rest of the corn, leave it on the fire for another 2 minutes and it will be ready.
