- Diced chicken breast500 g
- Crushed garlic2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Canned corn1 unit(s)
- Cream cheese200 g
- Tomato Extract1 dessert spoon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Tomato Passata1/2 cup
- Hot water1/2 cup
- Heat oil and brown the chicken, then add the garlic, onion, salt and pepper, stir well, add the extract and the passata, the hot water and let it form a very thick sauce, add the corn and curd and let the sauce settle.
- Serve with white rice and potatoes chips.
