- Diced chicken1 cup
- Diced Bacon1/2 cup
- Olive oil or oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
- Optional: peas and corn1/2 cup
- Optional: Chopped olives to taste
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Cooked rice1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green smell to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan to taste
- Start by frying the bacon and then, in the same skillet, add the oil and the chicken to brown. Mix well and let it brown.
- Put onion, garlic and sauté. Add tomato sauce, corn and peas, bell pepper, salt and stir.
- Put the rice, stir and add the cream. Mix everything and cover with cheese.
- Bake at 200°C for 10 min. If you don't have a skillet that can go in the oven, don't worry! Put a lid on and leave over low heat until the cheese melts.
- Ready!
