Tempere o filés de frango com sal e limão depois frite eles no azeite e reserve

Season the chicken fillets with salt and lemon then fry them in olive oil and set aside.

Na mesma panela coloque a 1 colher manteiga, a farinha e deixe formar uma massinha. Acrescente cebola e mais 1 colher de manteiga deixe dourar.
Adicione o leite e depois, o requeijão e sal. 
Quando começar a ferver coloque novamente os filés de frango por mais 3 minutos e esta pronto

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter, the flour and let it form a dough. Add onion and 1 more tablespoon of butter and let it brown.
Add the milk and then the cottage cheese and salt.
When it starts to boil, put the chicken fillets again for another 3 minutes and it's ready.
