Para o arroz - aqueça 2 colheres de sopa de óleo e refogue 2 unidades  de alho macerado , junte o arroz e deixe refogar um pouco mais na sequência coloque sal e água quente tampe e deixe cozinhar até secar o líquido e ficar macio.

For the rice - heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 2 units of macerated garlic, add the rice and let it sauté a little more then add salt and hot water, cover and cook until the liquid dries up and becomes soft.

Para o frango - corte o filé em cubinhos e tempere com sal, alho macerado e pimenta - aqueça 6 colheres de sopa de óleo e doure os cubos de frango - junte a cebola e o tomate e na sequência a passarta de tomate e deixe apurar - junte o requeijão mexa bem e finalize com a salsinha.

For the chicken - cut the fillet into cubes and season with salt, crushed garlic and pepper - heat 6 tablespoons of oil and brown the chicken cubes - add the onion and tomato and then the tomato paste and let it cook - add the cottage cheese stir well and finish with the parsley.

Para a salada - corte pepino em cubinhos a alface em tirinhas e tempere com sal, azeite e vinagre.

For the salad - cut cucumber into cubes and lettuce into strips and season with salt, oil and vinegar.
