Ingredients

  • Diced chicken breast | 350 g
  • Lemon Juice | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Crushed Garlic | 3 unit(s)
  • Oregano |  to taste
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Paprika |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Olive oil | 3 tablespoon
  • Liquid milk | 200 ml
  • Sour cream | 200 g
  • Cottage cheese | 200 g
  • Mozzarella | 200 g
  • Green smell |  to taste
  • Corn |  to taste
  • Pea |  to taste

Recipe

  1. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the garlic, let it brown and add the diced chicken along with the juice of half a lemon. Stir well and add seasonings to taste (oregano, salt, paprika and black pepper). Mix it up.
  2. Let braise for 3 minutes. Add liquid milk, stir. Add the cream, the cottage cheese and the mozzarella, stirring constantly after adding each ingredient.
  3. Let it boil for another 3 minutes and distribute the green corn and peas to taste. Finish with the green smell.
