In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat and add the garlic, let it brown and add the diced chicken along with the juice of half a lemon. Stir well and add seasonings to taste (oregano, salt, paprika and black pepper). Mix it up.
Let braise for 3 minutes. Add liquid milk, stir. Add the cream, the cottage cheese and the mozzarella, stirring constantly after adding each ingredient.
Let it boil for another 3 minutes and distribute the green corn and peas to taste. Finish with the green smell.
